RESponsible research and innovation grounding practices in BIOSciencies

The aim of the ResBios project is to embed Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) practices into the biosciences departments of four universities and research institutions, across 4 countries (Croatia,
Greece, Spain, and Ukraine). Through the implementation of RRI Grounding Actions and mutual
learning activities, it is the hope of the ResBios project to promote effective and long-lasting institutional changes and build bridges between those the work of bioscientists and society as a whole. These
Grounding Actions relate to five RRI keys: Gender, Ethics, Open Access, Education, and Public Engagement, and are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

The ResBios project is focused on the biosciences sector, as this is, and will continue to be, a major crossroads where science and society intersect.
